Because your Villa will meet our high quality standards, Aleesha Villas will be pleased to lease back your Villa to guarantee an income for the months you don't occupy your Villa. We will also manage your property, pay all regular expenses and maintenance costs during the time of the rental period on your behalf.

"Changes in level of occupancy will change the outcome of the Nett Return. 7% Guaranteed Return on Investments are available subject to a 50 week Block-Out period and excluding High Season.
All expenses including Rental Furnishings Pack, which includes extra beds, extra bed linen, extra mattresses, mattress protectors, pool towels, cot, specialist soaps and shampoos, DVD and Book Library etc. etc.
Rental Furnishings Pack Costs per Villa -

Insurance, Fees and Taxes, are payable as per the Contract. All Rental Investments are subject to an Annual Review. All Rentals are subject to a 20% Management Fee.

 

All the above prices are fully inclusive with a 50 Year Lease and come complete with a quality full Furnishings Pack as well as a Guaranteed Return On Investment.  Should the Purchaser not require either of these options then discounts are negotiable.  For further information on the Guaranteed R.O.I. and other Rental/Investment packages please contact your local office.
