form of ownership particularly in Asia
Current Indonesian Law does not allow foreigners to hold direct
Freehold Land Title in their own names.
The price is inclusive of a 50 year Lease of the Land and your
Villa, this Lease will be in your name. A full furnishings pack is
also included. but excludes Rental Furnishings Pack. See Guaranteed
ROI, An optional further 25 year Lease will also be made
available at a minimal cost therefore totalling 75 years.

Process
The purchase of a Villa will be controlled by the following

The
purchase process is linked to the construction schedule, from the
initial reservation deposit to the final payment 1 month after
completion of construction.
