Payment Policy

 

A 25% deposit plus any Credit Card fees or Bank Transfer Fees (if appropriate) are required at the time of booking for all bookings made directly through PT Aleesha’s online booking facility. The 75% balance being due on or before 30 days before your arrival.


 Your booking information will be sent to our Reservations Team where your 25% deposit payment will be processed securely.


For bookings made directly through PT Aleesha’s Reservations Team a 25% deposit is required with the 75% balance due on or before 30 days prior to arrival.


We do not accept American Express or Diners Card.


Bookings will not be considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from the PT Aleesha Reservations Team.


Payments may also be made by direct deposit into Aleesha’s Bank account. We will forward Bank Account details to your e-mail address if required.


A $50 Administration Fee may be charged for any Cancellations or Booking changes.


Cancellation Policy


If you cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival then 10% of total accommodation costs will be charged.


If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival 25% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.


If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival or monies due are not paid, as per our published Booking Terms & Conditions, then the booking will be cancelled and 100% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.  


In the case of “No-Shows” then 100% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.

 
No cancellations will be permitted on the day of arrival or after check in unless the Villa/Suite becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent alternative can be obtained. In this case 100% refund will be given.
